Update 29.12.2012
Adik Elfira Loy bertudung.. Alhamdullilah..

Update 15.06.2013

Ok.. sebenarnya dah tengok gamba isteri Apek nie bertudung quite sometime dah.. tapi macam x sure lah bertudung ke idak.. then ade update on 31.05.2013.. memang sah Lieuney dah bertudung.. ok lah tu.. jom kita tengok gamba2 beliau..

Cukupkah amalan kita? Cukupkah sembahyang kita?… tetapi kalau suatu hari nanti, anda lihat saya bertudung… itulah dia.

Cheers to all Women over 30 !

Kali nie nak cerita tentang kahwin. Ader orang kalau bercerita bab nikah kawen nie, bukan main lagi.. happy sakan, nak2 yang lelaki.. perempuan pun ada gak, tapi takde le excited sangat macam lelaki.

This is EXCELLLENTT!!! :-))

This is for all girls 30 years and above.... and for those who are turning 30, and for those who are scared of moving into their 30's ...
AND for guys who are scared of girls over 30!!!!...This was written by
Andy Rooney from CBS 60 Minutes.

Andy Rooney says:

As I grow in age, I value women who are over 30 most of all. Here are just a few reasons why:

A woman over 30 will never wake you in the middle of the night to ask, "What are you thinking?" She doesn’t care what you think.

If a woman over 30 doesn't want to watch the game, she doesn't sit around whining about it. She does something she wants to do. And, it's usually something more interesting.

A woman over 30 knows herself well enough to be assured in who She is what she is, what she wants and from whom. Few women past the Age of 30 give a hoot what you might think about her or what she's doing.

Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.

Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved. They know what it's like to be unappreciated.

A woman over 30 has the self-assurance to introduce you to her Women friends. A younger woman with a man will often ignore even her best friend because she doesn't trust the guy with other women. Women over 30 couldn't care less if you're attracted to her friends because she knows her friends won't betray her.

Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to a woman over 30. They always know. A woman over 30 looks good wearing bright red lipstick. This is not true of younger women.

Once you get past a wrinkle or two, a woman over 30 is far sexier than her younger counterpart. Older women are forthright and honest.

They'll tell you right off if you are a jerk if you are acting like one! You don't ever have to wonder where you stand with her.

Yes, we praise women over 30 for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately, it's not reciprocal. For every stunning, smart, well-coiffed hot woman of 30+, there is a bald, paunchy relic in yellow pants making a fool of himself with some 22-year-old
waitress.

Ladies, I apologies.

For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realise it's not worth buying an entire pig, just to get a little sausage!

Kata Seorang Hikmah Kepada Anaknya

Alhamdullilah.. banyak benefit. Increment tetiap2 tahun, InsyaAllah dapat. Bonus lagi.. Alhamdulillah sesangat. Benefit dia pun boleh tahan.. abis tu kenapa aku dok carik kerja lain..

Haaaaa aku saje je nak carik kerja lain.. mana tau tempat lain lagi baik dari sekarang nie.. tak cuba kita tak taukan.. tapi yang paling penting, aku nak lari dari boss2 yang aku tak berapa berkenan sangat. Tu la, kalau tempat yang aku nak pi nie memenuhi segala syarat2 & kehendak aku.. apo nak di tunggu laie.. lompat aje le.. hehehe.. hehehe.. apa2 pun kita tunggu dan lihat ajo lah ya..

Hai anakku !

Andai hidup punca perpisahan,
biarlah mati menyambungnya semula.
Namun seandainya mati punca perpisahan,
biarlah hidup ini membawa erti yang nyata

A simple truth about life.....

Got this from a friend of mine. Something to ponder.

Don't hide your feelings if u don't want to lose someone . . .

There is a story of a man.. Who always kept his feelings towards his
friend. Until the day she got married.. He decided to tell her the truth
and.. She felt that it's a good joke for her wedding.

There is a story of a man... Who has never told his wife how much he loves
her.. Until the day she passed away. Until now, he keeps sending flowers
to her grave everyday.. With thousand kisses on the card saying "I love
you". Would she be able to know?

Yet, there is a story of a girl... Who always needed a warm hug from her
daddy. But she was too shy to ask for... Until the day he can never hug her
any more.

A lot of stories happen everyday. You could know what had happened
yesterday. How can you be sure what will happen tomorrow? Think of
Something you never say. Are you waiting until t! he day? Just say..
“I love you...”

If you like to get out from a noisy party and walk together outside only..
with that someone, you are in love.

When you are together with that someone, you pretend to ignore him/her. But
when that someone is not around you, you might look around to find him/her.
At that moment, you are in love.

Although there is someone else who always makes you laugh, your eyes and
attention.. might go only to that someone. Then, you are in love.

When you look at a group picture, you might rather look for that special
someone (to know who was next to him/her or how he/she look like in that
picture) than look for yourself. Then, you realise that you are in love.

You have to hook out your telephone line for your busy study, but you
cannot do it for one phone call from that special someone. Then, you are in
love.

If you are much more exciting for one short email from that someone than
other many long emails, you are in love.

When you get a couple of free movie tickets, You would not hesitate to
think of that special someone Then, you are in love.

You keep telling yourself, "He/She is just a friend," but you realise that
you can not help avoiding the special attraction from him/her. At that
moment, you are in love.

While you are reading this mail, if someone appear in your mind, you are
deeply in love . . .

Jealousy - Something To Ponder

No one wants a jealous mate and no one likes being jealous. Jealousy
creates anxiety, anger, loneliness, hate, fear. No one thinks clearly
when feeling jealous.

Having a relationship with a jealous person is tough. The jealous person
acts untrusting or unworthy. Jealousy makes the person unattractive,
even repulsive.

What causes jealousy?

"Jealousy is the largest factor in breaking up marriages. Jealousy comes
about because of the insecurity of the jealous person and the jealousy
may or may not have foundation. This person is afraid of hidden
communication lines and will do anything to try to uncover them."
When you are jealous, a line of communication appears to exist with your
spouse or lover that is hidden from you. The mystery causes the pain. If
you witnessed your spouse's communication line, so it was not hidden
from you, you would not feel jealous.

Hidden communication lines or mysteries make you think of questions.
"Will she find someone she likes better than me?" "Is he having an
affair?" "Is she going to leave me?" "Does he think I'm unattractive?"

When you are jealous, the mystery makes you assume the worst. "Maybe
he'll fall in love with his cute receptionist and leave me." "She's
going to lunch with her old boyfriend because she's still attracted to
him." "He'll come home and tell me he wants a divorce."

How to Dissolve Jealousy

"Communication is the root of marital success from which a strong union
can grow, and non-communication is the rock on which the ship will bash
out her keel*." (*Keel: The main structural part of a ship that goes
from bow to stern-front to back.)

If you are jealous, you need to communicate. You need to stop assuming
the worst and ask questions. Communicate your feelings so you can work
out solutions.

Bob says to his wife, "I don't want to feel this jealously. I want to
get rid of it by asking you a question, okay? Good. So are you attracted
to Joe?"

His wife says, "Heavens no! Joe just wanted some help with his son. I
love YOU like crazy!"

Bang! The hidden communication is revealed. The mystery is resolved. Bob
feels much better.

If Bob doesn't communicate, his wife's communication with Joe makes Bob
jealous, afraid and angry. Their marriage suffers.

If your mate is jealous, make sure you have no hidden lines of
communication. "Would you like to read this letter from Jill?" "Can you
meet with Joe to help with his son?"

Use communication to resolve the problem. For example, you notice Marcia
is acting upset and not talking. You ask yourself, "What communication
line might be hidden from Marcia?" You realize she's been acting annoyed
ever since you started working for an attractive female boss.

"Marcia, have I told you about my new boss?" Marcia jumps up and now
wants to talk. You communicate the facts and remove the mystery. Marcia
is cheerful and wants to go to a movie.

As well as using communication to resolve mysteries, communicate your
feelings for your spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend. Tell him or her how
you feel. Express your love. Show your affection.

Resolve the mysteries of the past. Discuss your feelings in the present.
Make plans for the future. Because of communication, your relationship
will be a big success..

Food For Thought..

A story/lesson to share with all of u. Interesting and how applicable it is to our lives!!!

"A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life. Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups - porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal,
>some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite - telling them to help themselves to hot coffee.

When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the professor said:
"If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is but normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress.

What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups and were eyeing each other's cups.

Now if life is coffee, then the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, but the quality of Life doesn't change. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee in it. "So, don't let the cups drive you... Enjoy the coffee instead."

Food For Thought

----- A carrot, an egg, and a cup of coffee...You will never look at a cup of coffee the same way again.
A young woman went to her mother and told her about her life and how things were so hard for her. She did not know how she was going to make it and wanted to give up. She was tired of fighting and struggling. It seemed as one problem was solved, a new one arose.
Her mother took her to the kitchen. She filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Soon the pots came to boil. In the first she placed carrots, in the second she placed eggs, and in the last she placed ground coffee beans.
She let them sit and boil; without saying a word. In about twenty minutes she turned off the burners. She fished the carrots out and placed them in a bowl. She pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl.
Then she ladled the coffee out and placed it in a bowl.Turning to her daughter, she asked, "Tell me what you see. ""Carrots, eggs, and coffee," she replied. Her mother brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots. She did and noted that they were soft. The mother then asked the daughter to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard boiled egg. Finally, the mother asked the daughter to sip the coffee. The daughter smiled as she tasted its rich aroma.
The daughter then asked, "What does it mean, mother? "Her mother explained that each of these objects had faced the same adversity: boiling water. Each reacted differently. The carrot went in strong, hard, and unrelenting. However, after being subjected to the boiling water, it softened and became weak. The egg had been fragile. Its thin outer shell had protected its liquid interior, but after sitting through the boiling water, its inside became hardened. The ground coffee beans were unique, however. After they were in the boiling water, they had changed the water.
"Which are you?" she asked her daughter. "When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?
Think of this: Which am I? Am I the carrot that seems strong, but with pain and adversity do I wilt and become soft and lose my strength?
Am I the egg that starts with a malleable heart, but changes with the heat? Did I have a fluid spirit, but after a death, a breakup, a financial hardship or some other trial, have I become hardened ands tiff? Does my shell look the same, but on the inside am I bitter and tough with a stiff spirit and hardened heart?
Or am I like the coffee bean? The bean actually changes the hot water, the very circumstance that brings the pain. When the water gets hot, it releases the fragrance and flavor. If you are like the bean, when things are at their worst, you get better and change the situation around you.
When the hour is the darkest and trials are their greatest, do you elevate yourself to another level? How do you handle adversity? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?
May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human and enough hope to make you happy. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past; you can't go forward in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.
i wanna be coffee bean.. so that i can adapt myself for whatever circumstances..
Thanks Kok Wing.. copy from your blog, be no bodies.. it's inspire me

SOMETHING TO SHARE

Got this article from my friend.. just read on..

WHY WE SHOULD GO HOME ON TIME...

Mr. Narayana Murthy is undoubtedly one of the most famous persons from Karnataka. He is known not just for building the biggest IT Empire in India but also for his simplicity. Almost every important dignitary visits InfoSys campus. He delivered an interesting speech during an employee session with another IT company in India. He is incidentally, one of the top 50 influential people of Asia according to an Asiaweek publication and also the new IT Advisor to the Thailand Prime Minister.

Extract of Mr. Narayana Murthy's Speech during Mentor Session:

I know people who work 12 hours a day, six days a week, or more. Some people do so because of a work emergency where the long hours are only temporary. Other people I know have put in these hours for years. I do not know if they are working all these hours, but I do know they are in the office this long. Others put in long office hours because they are addicted to the workplace.
Whatever the reason for putting in overtime, working long hours over the long term is harmful to the person and to the organization. There are things managers can do to change this for everyone's benefit. Being in the office long hours, over long periods of time, makes way for potential errors.

My colleagues who are in the office long hours frequently make mistakes caused by fatigue. Correcting these mistakes requires their time as well as the time and energy of others. I have seen people work Tuesday through Friday to correct mistakes made after 5 PM on Monday.

Another problem is that people who are in the office long hours are not pleasant company. They often complain about other people (who are not working as hard); they are irritable, or cranky, or even angry. Other people avoid them. Such behaviour poses problems, where work goes much better when people work together instead of avoiding one another.

As Managers, there are things we can do to help people leave the office. First and foremost is to set the example and go home ourselves. I work with a manager who chides people for working long hours. His words quickly lose their meaning when he sends these chiding group e-mails with a time-stamp of 2 AM, Sunday.

Second is to encourage people to put some balance in their lives. For instance, here is a guideline I find helpful:
1) Wake up, eat a good breakfast, and go to work.
2) Work hard and smart for eight or nine hours.
3) Go home.
4) Read the books/comics, watch a funny movie, dig in the dirt, play with your kids, etc.
5) Eat well and sleep well.

This is called recreating. Doing steps 1, 3, 4, and 5 enable step 2. Working regular hours and recreating daily are simple concepts. They are hard for some of us because that requires 'personal change'. They are possible since we all have the power to choose to do them.

In considering the issue of overtime, I am reminded of my oldest son. When he was a toddler, if people were visiting the apartment, he would not fall asleep no matter how long the visit was, and no matter what time of day it was. He would fight off sleep until the visitors left. It was as if he was afraid that he would miss some thing. Once our visitors' left, he would go to sleep. By this time, however, he was over tired and would scream through half the night with nightmares. He, my wife, and I, all paid the price for his fear of missing out.

Perhaps some people put in such long hours because they do not want to miss anything when they leave the office. The trouble with this is that events ill never stop happening. That is life! Things happen 24 hours a day. Allowing for little rest is not ultimately practical. So, take a nap. Things will happen while you are asleep, but you will have the energy to catch up when you wake. Hence,

"LOVE YOUR JOB, BUT NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THE COMPANY STOPS LOVING YOU"
- Narayana Murthy -

Far Away Terminal...

if you're frequent traveller, you'll find it quite amusing.. ermmmm..

Story of the 'far, far, away terminal'

Ten years ago in Kuala Lumpur, when you had to fly to a domestic destination, you traveled 30 minutes to Subang Airport, where you left from the 1954-style terminal where you had to go out on the tarmac in the rain and climb up a staircase to get on the plane.

Then, the government built a multi-billion ringgit global hub terminal 75 minutes away from KL with world-class everything. Then, they built a high-speed rail connection so it takes only 30 minutes to get there.

Despite this, the global hub terminal remains a deserted ghost-town with far more gate capacity than flights.

AirAsia then starts up. Everyone can fly and the global hub terminal begins to come to life. So the government decides to build AirAsia far, far away terminal at the other end of the airport, one that replicates the old 1954-style terminal. It doesn't connect to the high-speed train.

Then, almost all domestic flights are shifted over to AirAsia.

So now you have to take a 75 minute bus ride to the far, far away terminal and walk out in the rain and climb the stairs just like back in 1954, while the global hub terminal is once again deserted.

Oh, and if you need to transfer from an overseas flight to a domestic flight, you have to take a half-an-hour bus ride from the global hub terminal to the far, far away terminal.

Is this back to the future or back to the past? Or is it just 'terminal stupidity'?

How did we survive our childhood?!

Take a very short walk through our history. How did we survive our childhood? If you were a kid in the 50's, 60's, 70's or even early 80's ..how did you survive your childhood?

1.- When we were growing up we never wore seatbelts in the car, cars didn't have airbags...

2.- Riding on the back of a pick up truck was an adventure that we still remember!

3.- Our cribs were painted with bright colors (paint which was full of lead)

4.- We didn't have childproof medicine bottles, nor did our parents ever childproof our house.

5.- When we rode our bikes we never wore a helmet.

6.- We would drink water from the faucet or from a hose in the backyard (not bottled water).

7.- We didn't have cell phones , so our parents were never able to reach us (awesome) .

10.- We would get scrapes, bruises, break bones , lose teeth, but we would never sue for these accidents.

11.- We would eat cake, , bread and butter, , drink sugary drinks, and we weren't overweight because we were always outside playing.

12.- Four of us would share a drink, we would all drink from the same bottle and that wasn't gross nor would anyone get sick.

13.- We didn't have Playstations, Nintendo 64, X boxes, video games, cable TV with over 100 channels, VCR's, surround sound , cellular phones , computers , online chatrooms , instead we would have tons of FRIENDS.

16.- Some of us weren't as bright as others but when one would get left back that was no big deal. They would not get taken to a psychologist, nor did they ever suffer from dyslexia, hyperactivity, ADHD, ADD, etc, they would simply repeat the grade until they passed.

7.- We had freedom , mishaps, , successes, , responsibilities, and we would learn to deal with them. The question is...How did we survive? and above all, to become the GREAT people that we are today? . Are you from one of these generations?

If you are, then send this message to others from your same generation or to others who are younger so that they can see how we survived They will probably say that we were very boring, but I believe that we were VERY HAPPY CHILDREN...

Dedicated to all mummies

This is specially dedicated to all Mums !!

Just a Mum??

A woman named Emily renewing her driver's license at the Transport office was asked by the clerk to state her occupation. She hesitated, uncertain how to classify herself.

"What I mean is," explained the clerk, "do you have a job, or are you just a ......?
"Of course I have a job," snapped Emily. "I'm a Mum."
"We don't list 'Mum' as an occupation...... 'Housewife' covers it," said the clerk emphatically.

I forgot all about her story until one day I found myself in the same situation, this time at our local police station. The Clerk was obviously a career woman, poised, efficient, and possessed of a high sounding title like, "Official Interrogator" or "Town Registrar."

"What is your occupation?" she probed. What made me say it, I do not know... The words simply popped out. "I'm a Research Associate in the field of Child Development and Human Relations." The clerk paused, pen frozen in midair, and looked up as though she had not heard right. I repeated the title slowly, emphasizing the most significant words.

Then I stared with wonder as my pronouncement was written in bold, black ink on the official questionnaire! "Might I ask," said the clerk with new interest, "just what you do in your field?"

Coolly, without any trace of fluster in my voice, I heard myself reply, "I have a continuing programmed of research, (what mother doesn't), in the laboratory and in the field, (normally I would have said indoors and out). I'm working for my Masters, (the whole bloody family), and already have four credits, (all daughters). Of course, the job is one of the most demanding in the humanities, (any mother care to disagree.?) and I often work 14 hours a day, (24 is more like it). But the job is more challenging than most run-of-the-mill careers and the rewards are more of a satisfaction rather than just money."

There was an increasing note of respect in the girl's voice as she completed the form, stood up, and personally ushered me to the door.

When I got home, buoyed up by my glamorous new career, I was greeted by my lab assistants -- ages 10, 7, and 3. Upstairs, I could hear our new experimental model, (a 6 month old baby), in the child-development programmed, testing out a new vocal pattern. I felt I had triumphed over bureaucracy! And I had gone on the official records as someone more distinguished and indispensable to mankind than "just another Mum."

Motherhood.....What a glorious career! Especially when there's a title on the door. Does this make grandmothers "Senior Research Associates in the field of Child Development and Human Relations”, and great grandmothers "Executive Senior Research Associates"??? I think

Renungan Suami Isteri

Namun, saya masih terus ingin membacanya.

8 Petanda Dia Adalah Soulmate (Jodoh) Kamu...

Touching Story

I walked into the grocery store not particularly interested in buying
groceries. I wasn't hungry. The pain of losing my husband of 57 years
was still too raw. And this grocery store held so many sweet memories.

He often came with me and almost every time he'd pretend to go off and
look for something special. I knew what he was up to. I'd always spot
him walking down the aisle with the three yellow roses in his hands.

He knew I loved yellow roses. With a heart filled with grief, I only
wanted to buy my few items and leave, but even grocery shopping was
different since he had passed on.

Shopping for one took time, a little more thought than it had for two.

Standing by the meat, I searched for the perfect small steak and
remembered how he had loved his steak.

Suddenly a woman came beside me. She was blonde, slim and lovely in a so
ft green pantsuit. I watched as she picked up a large package of
T-bones, dropped them in her basket.. hesitated, and then put them back.
She turned to go and once again reached for the pack of steaks.

She saw me watching her and she smiled. "My husband loves T-bones, but
honestly, at these prices, I don't know."

I swallowed the emotion down my throat and met her pale blue eyes.

"My husband passed away eight days ago," I told her. Glancing at the
package in her hands, I fought to control the tremble in my voice. "Buy
him the steaks. And cherish every moment you have together."

She shook her head and I saw the emotion in her eyes as she placed the
package in her basket a nd wheeled away.

I turned and pushed my cart across the length of the store to the dairy
products. There I stood, trying to decide which size milk I should buy.
A Quart, I finally decided and moved on to the ice cream. If nothing
else, I could always fix myself an ice cream cone.

I placed the ice cream in my cart and looked down the aisl e toward the
front. I saw first the green suit, then recognized the pretty lady
coming towards me. In her arms she carried a package. On her face was
the brightest smile I had ever seen. I would swear a soft halo encircled
her blonde hair as she kept walking toward me, her eyes holding mine.

As she came closer, I saw what she held and tears began misting in my
eyes. "These are for you," she said and placed three beautiful long
stemmed yellow roses in my arms. "When you go through the line, they
will know these are paid for." She leaned over and placed a gentle kiss
on my cheek, then smiled again. I wanted to tell her what she'd done,
what the roses meant, but still unable to speak, I watched as she walked
away as tears clouded my vision.

I looked down at the beautiful roses nestled in the green tissue
wrapping and found it almost unreal. How did she know? Suddenly the
answer seemed so clear. I wasn't alone.

Oh, you haven't forgotten me, have you? I whispered, with tears in my
eyes. He was still with me, and she was his angel.

Every day be thankful for what you have and who you are.
(Please read all of this, it is really nice)

This is a simple request. If you appreciate life, send this to your
friends, including the person that sent it to you.

Even though I clutch my blanket and growl when the alarm rings. Thank
you, Lord, that I can hear. There are many who are deaf.

Even though I keep my eyes closed against the morning light as long as
possible. Thank you, Lord , that I can see. Many are blind.

Even though I huddle in my bed and put off rising. Thank you, Lord, that
I have the strength to rise. There are many who are bedridden.

Even though the first hour of my day is he ctic, when socks are lost,
toast is burned, tempers are short, and my children are so loud.

Thank you, Lord, for my family. There are many who are lonely.

Even though our breakfast table never looks like the picture in
magazines and the menu is at times unbalanced.

Thank you, Lord, for the food we have. There are many who are hungry.

Even though the routine of my job often is monotonous. Thank you, Lord,
for the opportunity to work. There are many who have no job.

Even though I grumble and bemoan my fate from day to day and wish my
circumstances were not so modest.

Thank you, Lord, for life.

Pass this on to the friends you know. It might help a bit to make this
world a better place t o live, right? A friend is someone we turn to
when our spirits need a lift. A friend is someone to treasure.

For friendship is a gift. A friend is someone who fills our lives with
Beauty, Joy and Grace and makes the world we live in a better and
happier place.

YOU ARE MY FRIEND!

God bless you and yours.
