Drinking Warm Water vs Cold Water After A Meal

Haaa.. kan dah cakap.. den datang kejap ajo kek opis nie, pagi sabtu ari tu. Dtg kul 1.45 pg.. key in apa yang patut (tak sampai pun 10 minit), peh tu.. nengok line dah up dalam kul 2.15 pagi.. kul 2.30 pg cabut le.. bukannyer apa sangat pun, takde hal takat datang kejap tu.. tapi the fact that aku nie pompan & waktu pun dah lewat pagi.. ader le gak rasa takut.. aku takde le takut hantu.. sesket tu ader le takut, tapi part hantu tu boleh le halau dengan ayat Kursi.. nie part orang jahat yang aku tak larat.. dah tu suratkhabar & TV, hari2 dok citer pasal jenayah yg berlaku kat negara kita nie.. tu yg aku lagi naik kecut.. orang jahat nie fikiran dia lain sket.. bak kata tak tercapai akalmu apa yang dia fikirkan tu.. ishkk.. tapi apa2 pun, Alhamdullilah, aku selamat pergi dan balik dari opis pepagi bute tu.. Thanks tu Operation staff & security guard yang baik & menjalankan kewajipan yang sepatutnya..

Ok hari nie, nak pastekan fact yang bagus berkenaan “Drinking Warm Water vs Cold Water After A Meal”, aku pun baru tau nie.. so, it’s good to share the knowledge among us.. skang nie tengah blajar tak nak minum minuman berais selepas makan t/ari atau malam. Tapi kalau pi majlis/kenduri tak dapat nak elak le, dorang kebanyakkan hidang air kalau tak campur ais memang tak sah. Nak2 air sirap, apo laie kita pun minum sampai dua tiga gelas.. haus wehhh.. bila baca fact nie, terasa nak pulak jaga kesihatan.. tapi yang peliknyer napa dia Cuma bagi warning kat pompan jerkkk.. naper ekkkss?????

This makes sense.... the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals...not cold water... maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to

a'aa.. baguskan cikdinz kalau kita tau awal2 pasal mende2 macam nie.. bukan apa untuk kesihatan kita gak kan.. tapi tu laa.. kengkadang tak leh tahan dengan godaan minuman berais nie.. nak2 kalau panas terik.. :D

acik saya kan lagi sengal, saya dah biasa, abis makan baru minum air, bukan makan bersulam air. kekonon nak ikut nasihat pakar, minum selepas 10 minit abis kanan, tapi yg selalu terjadi lupa terus nak minum, terutama kalo makan malam, pagi esok baru teringat "eh aku lupa minum malam tadi".... sengal tak sengal saya ni acik? hehehehe

sebenarnya kalu kita minum air manis masa makan nasik pun tak boleh....kadar kabohidrat tinggi...

ishkkk tak daharga ke meera.. acik ngan air, dah macam tak leh nak dipisahkan.. kengkadang memalam terpaksa bangun carik air.. haus semacam jerkkk..

betul tu cikdinz.. tak elok lepas makan minum air manis.. sebaik2nyer minum air puteh jer..

p/s:- ada sorang kawan tu ckp, kalau nak tunggu kita minum 8 gelas air puteh gerenti tak terminum. So, boleh digantikan dengan air jus atau air teh utk 8 gelas air tu.. boleh pulak gitu.. ermmmm entah lah..

acik, kalo dok kat umah saya tu kurang nak dahaga sebab sejuk je... acik 8 gelas air tu tak semestinya air biasa tu, itu hanya sukatan, tapi sumber air juga boleh didapati dlm buah2an...
